Are your little ones Nickelodeon fans? Here is a great idea. Why not take them to Sea World’s Nickelodeon-themed precinct? Besides several Nickelodeon character-themed rides, there are also some daily LIVE shows to enjoy plus a meet and greet with their favourite Nickelodeon characters.

Since its opening in late 2015, Sea World’s Nickelodeon-themed area continues to entertain families with their rides, shows and meet & greets. To help you and your little ones, below are the things you can expect on your visit.
There are three neighbourhoods to explore within Nickelodeon land.
The battleground of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are four fictional teenaged anthropomorphic turtles named after Italian Renaissance artists - Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael. If your little ones are a fan of these amazing turtles, then add this neighbourhood to your list.
Besides daily Meet & Greets, there is an interactive ride called Donatello’s Ninja Flyers Ride. It features six hang glider-style vehicles with two seats each. Riders - a kid and an adult - has full control and can pedal it as the ride soars up, down and around.
Take note, Donatello’s Ninja Flyers Ride has a height restriction. Children below 90 cm are not allowed. But those between the heights of 90 cm and 120 cm must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.
The enchanting world of Dora the Explorer and Boots: Who is not a fan of Dora and Boots? The kids would surely love to see this duo up close and the enchanting world of Dora the Explorer and Boots is the place to be.
While you are there, why not explore and try the neighbourhood’s rides. First on the list is Dora’s Fiesta Carousel. This classic 30-horse carousel ride will make the little ones feel like their flying and exploring a magical world. For safety, kids under 107 cm must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.
The second one is called Boots’ Banana Boogie. Kids who love a little thrill would love to hop on board the ride’s banana-shaped cars which rise up and down as the Boots’ Banana Boogie ride rotates. Height restriction for this ride is 105 cm and must be accompanied by an adult.
Bikini Bottom – the wacky underwater world of SpongeBob SquarePants: Do you hear your kids sing, “Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?” If the answer is yes, chances are they are SpongeBob SquarePants fans. A visit at Bikini Bottom will give your kids the opportunity to meet and greet not only SpongeBob SquarePants but Patrick Star and Squidward as well.
Moreover, the neighbourhood features three rides such as Bikini Bottom Crosstown Express. This brightly coloured submarine “bus” carriage will give you a thrilling but fun experience as it spins and slides up and down a short u-shaped track.
Next is spin to your heart's content at Patrick's Jellyfish Frenzy. The ride features teacup style pods that undergo a triple spinning action. Last is SpongeBob's Boating Blast Mini Coaster. This small children’s coaster is designed after Mr.s Puff’s Boating School. The height restriction for all three rides is 120 cm and kids below this height must be accompanied.
After exploring Nickelodeon-themed rides, make sure to drop by the Nickelodeon Stage for the daily live shows. Catch the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtle Power LIVE for an interactive and action-packed Turtle Power adventure. Also, get ready to high three Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael as they pass you by.
Also scheduled daily is the PAW Patrol on Holiday Show. The little ones will surely be ecstatic to meet Chase and Marshall especially when they ask some lucky participants to become honorary members. So tell them to put their paws up right away!
Do you have bigger kids? They will love Castaway Bay, an interactive adventure playground. It has several activities suitable for everyone. The precinct is home to three attractions namely Castaway Bay Battle Boat Ride, Sky Fortress and Sky Climb.
Get ready to come aboard and get wet at the Castaway Bay Battle Boat Ride. It is armed with over eighty water cannons so choose your battle station and fire away. Kids under the height of 120cms must be accompanied by an adult.
If your kids are quite active, the Sky Fortress is where they can channel all their energy. It has five exciting levels where they can climb, crawl and clamber their way through rope bridges. Take note, this experience is designed for the enjoyment of guests between the ages of 4 to 12 years only. But kids under the age of 4 years must be under an adult’s supervision.
And if your kids want to take on a challenge or are brave enough to be 12 meters above the ground, then the Sky Climb is a fun experience. Take note, only children between the heights of 120cm and 140cm can participate and must be accompanied by a responsible guardian. Don’t worry, participants will be wearing a full-body harness for safety.
Besides being near to Sea World, the apartment is also close to the fully patrolled Main Beach, alfresco restaurants and chic wine bars of Tedder Avenue, Marina Mirage and public transportation.
