David Fleay Wildlife Park

Situated on Tallebudgera Creek, David Fleay Wildlife Park is a popular attraction on the Gold Coast. It is a wildlife park unlike any other.

David Fleay started the wildlife park in 1951. The park continues his legacy of conservation. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Explore the Currumbin rainforest and see the animals in a natural rainforest setting. You'll see incredible creatures roaming through open animal enclosures. Get to interact with the animals first hand. Cuddle a koala. Feed a kangaroo and learn about its habits.

There are lots of exciting activities you can do at the sanctuary. You can see a wild lorikeet feeding. There are also beautiful flight bird shows.

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

It is the largest koala sanctuary. If you want to see koalas, you'll see them right here. No less than the Guinness Book of World Records recognised Lone Pine as the first and largest koala sanctuary.

In cooperation with Brisbane City Council, Line Pine opened the Brisbane Koala Science Institute in 2018. Visitors will see koalas and other native Australian animals up close. Experience interacting with the animals first-hand. Visitors can feed kangaroos and hold koalas. There are other fascinating animals such as platypus and lorikeets. There are 100 species of native animals at the sanctuary.

Drink a cup of coffee at the Koala Forest and be surrounded by the playful koalas. There is also a free Flight Raptor Show which is impressive to watch. Learn about farm life and watch the Sheepdog Show. The sanctuary is spacious and comfortable. There is free WiFi available as well as three bloggers areas. Tamborine Mountain Glow Worm Tours

Explore a Glow Worm cave. This is a tour that is incredible and unique. Explore a magical underground world and see a world of colour.

The tour takes you through a rehabilitated rainforest and continues to the Glow Worm Cave. Visitors will watch a brief presentation to learn about the glow worms. Then head into the dark cave and see the glow worms at Glow Worm Alley.

Glow Worm Alley is filled with thousands of glow worms. This is a rare sight you won't often find. Be amazed at the glow worms as you watch them up close.

Glow Worm Tours are available between 10 am to 4 pm. There are also twilight tours from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
